Austria
Planning and execution of building, infrastructure and civil engineering projects for public authorities, businesses and private clients.
Each mandate is taken on as a defined scope with a named project lead, a construction schedule and a documented handover.
Residential, commercial and public buildings from excavation and shell to fit-out and handover.
Roads, drainage, utility routes, retaining structures and earthworks, including works carried out under traffic.
Structural repair, modernisation and conversion of existing building stock, including occupied and listed buildings.
Load-bearing design, verification and construction drawings, issued as a stand-alone service or within a project we build.
Single-point responsibility for programme, procurement, subcontractors, cost control and documentation.
Scope, programme and commercial terms are set out in a written offer after the site and the brief have been reviewed.
What the work looks like between the first survey and the signed handover.
Structural design and site execution sit in the same company, so changes on the drawing and changes in the ground are resolved by the same team rather than between two contracts.
Infrastructure works are staged with traffic management; refurbishment is sequenced so that tenants, staff or operations continue through the construction period.
Bills of quantities, construction programmes and cost reports are prepared to the standard public clients audit against, and the same documents are issued to private clients.
Earthworks, shoring and foundations are planned from the soil investigation, not from assumption, and the method statement is revised when the excavation says otherwise.
Every project closes with as-built drawings, test records, material certificates and a defect list that is worked off rather than left open.
You describe the project, the site and the intended use. We confirm whether it falls within our scope and what information is still needed.
We inspect the location, review existing drawings, surveys and ground data, and set out the constructible options with their consequences for programme and cost.
You receive a written offer with a defined scope, bill of quantities and construction programme. Nothing starts before the scope is agreed in writing.
Site set-up, own crews and coordinated subcontractors work to the programme, with a named project lead, regular site meetings and documented progress.
Joint inspection, defect list worked off, as-built drawings and test records issued, and the warranty period begins on the agreed terms.
Municipal drainage renewal through a village main street. The phasing was explained before works began and the street was never fully closed. Progress reports arrived every week without us asking.
Refurbishment of an office floor while the floors above stayed in use. Noisy work was kept to agreed windows and the defect list was closed out within the inspection period.
We commissioned the structural design and then the shell from the same team. Coordination questions that normally cost weeks were settled on site the same day.
Describe the project in a few lines. Our project office reviews the enquiry and comes back to you.
Thank you. Someone from the project office will get in touch shortly.
Send the brief and we will tell you plainly whether we are the right contractor for it.
